Our Coven

The Circle of the Midnight Rose Coven was founded in February, 2003. Our local area includes Killeen, Fort Hood and Copperas Cove, TX area. We are a teaching coven.  For more information use the contact at that bottom of this page to obtain more information. We offer a safe, caring environment for all those interested in learning more and advancing in the craft be they new to the path or practicing for many years. Knowledge gained outside the coven, either by solitary practice or from other covens/traditions, is welcome and recognized. In other words, if you have been practicing for 12 years upon entrance to the coven and can demonstrate your knowledge, you will not be treated or placed as a novice. There are three separate courses of study, as advancement in our Tradition follows a Three Degree system. All members study through every course level, regardless of entering rank.  Currently we are led by a High Priestess only, however our membership is co-ed as we acknowledge the balance/equality of and necessity for Male and Female in all of creation. We honor the God/Goddess in all forms and respect all paths of worship. We celebrate the eight Sabbats of the year, as well as the New and Full Moons. While moon rituals are closed, our Sabbat celebrations are open to the public. Ritual dates and times will be posted on the Calendar. Our Tradition is called Equitas Veneficii, an eclectic pagan path with Wiccan influences.  Our coven does all it can to serve and support the pagan community, locally and nationally ,and to educate those who truly wish to learn about our path. We especially encourage all pagans to vote so the best interests of all people, pagan and non, are represented at all levels of our government. We hope this page has been beneficial in helping you understand a little of who we are and what were about. Contact us for more information.
